🚨🇺🇦 OFFICIAL: Shakhtar Donetsk will play Champions League home games at Stamford Bridge this season.
“Playing our Champions League home matches at Stamford Bridge is a special opportunity for Shakhtar. We are grateful to Chelsea Football Club for the opportunity to host our games at this special venue”.
Highly choreographed theatre, and it shows: Dr. Dan Gikonyo raises specific, documented claims about Karen Hospital’s unsettled SHA payments — claims serious enough for Esther Passaris to put on record. Within minutes, the hospital’s own CEO is on a live TV phone call with President Ruto, disowning them on air — as “fake news”. Not a statement. Not an audit. Not a reconciliation of figures. A phone call, live, choreographed for maximum optics.
🔴 This is the pattern: when uncomfortable data surfaces on SHA, the response isn’t to publish the claims register, show the payment trail, or let Gikonyo and the hospital reconcile numbers in public. It’s a call-in performance designed to manufacture a retraction moment for the cameras.
🔴 If the claims were false, prove it with the ledger. If they were true, own it and fix it. Drama is not data. Kenyans don’t need a live phone call — they need SHA’s claims and payments made transparent and auditable, hospital by hospital.
🔴 And it says everything that instead of confronting these health-financing questions directly, the man from the Governor’s office showed up chanting #Tutam. Health isn’t being fixed. It’s being managed as a PR problem
🔴 Interesting to hear the praise and worship choir soloist — from ironically the #KMPDU boss who now calls the Health CS as “Mr Fixer”! 🤣🤣 #HealthSummitKE
@otienowill Fair , but how safe would this 15 percent be ? The executive and the civil service is a den of thieves and fraudsters. We can even make it 50 percent if our other needs like education, housing, and food are catered for , but the bandits will take everything.
You don’t need conferences to convince us that certain projects are working. If they were indeed working, the results would be visible for everyone to see. This regime lives in its own bubble and thinks everyone fits into it. Shameless lot.
The Central Bank’s record of what we owe and the National Treasury’s record of the same debt differ by more than Sh6 trillion.
Sh6,164,439,173,574. This is a number in Kenya’s public accounts that should stop the entire country cold, yet almost nobody is talking about it. Money is never lost. It is spent on people who prefer that you cannot follow it.

Edwin Sifuna: For President Ruto the success of SHA is how many people have registered. We are telling him that this is not a national registration bureau. The success of a healthcare scheme should be the number of people accessing services and to what extent
