We asked for tapping out he said, its closed, I have to raise complaint with TFL, he cannot help. I hope I will get my money back asap

@FirstChoiceUK received refund credit 2nd of June, same day applied for cash refund. Called today to be told the finance team got the request on 13th June so the 28 days starts only from that day. Is it a joke? When on the 2nd I was told 28 days from there....
