She bowed to no Bank, signed no paper of dependency,
And danced not to the IMF’s tune of modern slavery.
She feeds her children from her own soil,
Pure, proud, untouched by foreign poison.

While others trade gold for crumbs,
Eritrea owns her land, her seas, her skies 100%.
No oil rig stolen, no mine looted by strangers.
Her riches stay rooted in her own red earth.

In Asmara, no foreign tycoon towers over the people.
The beautiful castles belongs to Eritreans, every brick, every beam.
Ministers walk without guards, because trust walks with them.
Crime hides in shame; corruption is a foreign language.

Here, education is a right, not a privilege
From kindergarten to university, the mind is free.
Hospitals heal without a price tag.
Bridges, roads, and dams rise by Eritrean hands.
No borrowed blueprints. No foreign applause needed.

And when they couldn’t control her, they sanctioned her.
When they couldn’t buy her, they demonized her.

In the last 2 years, #Eritrea principally stands with #Russia when the West "Coordinately” imposed stiff political and economic restrictions. Even when Russia invaded #Ukraine (heighten geopolitical crisis), In his most probe/sift statement in Moscow, President Isaias Afewerki eloquently asserted Eri’s efforts in rejecting “unilateral sanctions” & reinforced bilateral relations. With that in mind, Russia’s government media outlet Sputnik has engaged in relentless anti- Eritrea propaganda (OpsWarfare) for close to 1 year now. Additionally, the government of Russia (particularly military officials), have orchestrated close military to military cooperation with #Ethiopia (are actively assisting PP in arming itself to its teeth) and have agreed to assist it in building a naval force. That is completely unacceptable and should be rejected wholeheartedly. As a supper power, Russia is expected to play its constructive role in the greater Horn of Africa. Not destabilizing it!!!
