$ETH Thoughts

Just imagine, $ETH supply has already increased by more than it did before the Merge. But if not for the Merge, instead of just +50k ETH over 2.5 years, there would have been 10 million new $ETH.

It's terrifying to think how much $ETH would be worth now. The current supply is only 120M, but it would have already reached 130M. And this isn’t just total supply, it’s new $ETH. Most of it would have gone straight to the market.

10 million $ETH over 2.5 years means 4 million $ETH per year. That’s potentially $10 billion in sell pressure annually, or $800 million per month.

Imagine North Korean hackers stealing $1.5 billion every two months. Imagine that happening regularly - $ETH would already be at $500.

Last lastly, as an observer, I think the Binance listing process is a bit broken. They announce, then list 4 hours later. The notice period is necessary, but in those 4 hours, the token prices go high on DEXes, and then people sell on CEX...

Not sure if there is a solution for this though. Just beware.
