Students playing Nab It. Competition with vocab skills. More points if they include latin roots or Poe Vocab. They love the stealing points portion! Games help engagement and learning. These kids are making words their own @avidwcpsmd @wcpsmd @SpMSWCPS

Students watching a short video how the animator of Tell Tale Heart shows suspense compared to Poe. Soon working together to build their essay. Comparing texts and multimedia is a big skill!
