Looks like my @united flight cancellation tonight is just more of the same. Customer service nightmare at @flySFO tonight. Impossible to get any help from @united, in person, online, on the phone. They clearly don't have the staff to handle busy holiday weekend traffic.

With the exception of United, airlines have recovered to a more typical cancellation/delay rate as of this morning, after the severe weather earlier this week.

So as almost-always, the answer here is probably throwing together a #Python script. In this case, compare a couple of CSV files--an address database, and a list of names--to generate the mail-merge list. Add another item to the #todo list.

I use #Excel spreadsheet as database for semi-annual mailings (holiday cards, etc.), but easy for addresses to get out-of-date. Q: How to export up-to-date addresses from #Google Contacts based on (relatively fixed) list of names, without manually selecting each time?

Hey @Spotify, product idea here: when listening to Artist or Song "Radio", provide a user setting that reads the artist + song name aloud (as if we were actually listening to the radio) so we can discover new tunes without having to look at our phone/device!
