@SW_Help tried to buy a monthly ticket at PTR yesterday at 1730 (closes at 8) ‘she’s gone home, it’ll be open tomorrow morning at 6’. Today at 6am ‘we don’t have any staff, nothing we can do, buy it at Waterloo’ so I’m now travelling without a ticket. What’s going on?!

@SW_Help 2/2 this is after trying on two consecutive days to buy one and being guaranteed I would be able to do so this morning. And yet prices keep going up?!

@SW_Help You can’t buy a monthly ticket without a photo card which you can only get at the office. There were three members of staff at the station, two at the gates one in the office none of which were ‘ticket officers’. I was told to get on the train without a ticket.

@michelledonelan a good friend was approved for student finance in May and now, 9 days before the start of her Nursing course, has had it withdrawn. How do we fix this quickly? Been told we’ll wait 4-6 weeks for an appeal which is too late. Please help!

@asda why on earth is your Apple Pay limited to £45 in store? First time I’ve used your stores since Covid and most certainly the last. Ridiculous. No other supermarket I have been too has this limit for Apple Pay.
