Youth Leadership and Commitment in Hoima

As efforts intensify to deliver a credible flag bearer for the position of National Female Youth MP, Hoima continues to host a focused and committed team working toward this shared goal. Among those on the ground is Smithberg Tumwebaze, the Youth Chairperson for Ntungamo Municipality and Seconder to the President’s Nomination for the 2026–2031 term.

His presence on the team reflects the growing role of disciplined youth leadership in shaping the future of the Movement. As a young Presidential Nominator, his involvement is both symbolic and practical demonstrating trust in inclusive processes, unity of purpose, and generational responsibility.

Working alongside fellow volunteers and leaders, the team in Hoima remains committed to supporting Ampaire Diana to emerge as the flag bearer for National Female Youth MP, guided by loyalty, coordination, and respect for the party’s values. @KagutaMuseveni

Uganda has completed 20,000 capacity Hoima City Stadium and 2,000 capacity Hoima City Arena at a cost of $130 million ahead of the 2027 AFCON.
