@excitel_rocks Thank you for spoiling my work, spoiling my weekend. You cannot fix router issue in 5 days. Please remove my connection. Don't send reminder for recharge. You are worst service provider and even have worst customer service team.

[Aditya Raman🇮🇳 @beriaditya]

@excitel_rocks Regret having excitel broadband. You have ruined my weekend. Pathetic service. Please remove my connection. I will find another one.

[Aditya Raman🇮🇳 @beriaditya]

@excitel_rocks if you cannot change a router and restore my internet connection in 5 dYs, please remove my connection. I will find another vendor. Pathetic service. One of the worst. Never recommended to anyone. I am tired of complaining now.

[Aditya Raman🇮🇳 @beriaditya]

@excitel_rocks Already waiting for 5 days. Don't know if you will be able to resolve this in this year in 2026

[Aditya Raman🇮🇳 @beriaditya]

@excitel_rocks You are just making fool. Not doing anything. How long it take to correct a router. No one has visited for the problem. You guys are just doing time pass. It's been already 4 days since I raised ticket for connectivity issue.

[Aditya Raman🇮🇳 @beriaditya]

@excitel_rocks how much time it takes to solve the issue?
Frustrated. Waste of time totally

[excitel @excitel_rocks]

@beriaditya Hi Aditya,
