Great question! It doesn't auto-adjust for live delays yet. However, the generated durations are highly realistic (e.g., meals get proper time slots, not just equal blocks). If a delay happens, you can quickly regenerate the rest of your day. Live syncing isn't fully on the roadmap yet, but I will definitely work on it!
