@DGHUGH99@LDBlondePod I don’t think that’s it. According to her (ex) husband, they were financially in a spot where if she didn’t want to go back to work that would have been fine.
@lifesaparty36@we_get_there@83Turnerb@LDBlondePod For arguments sake let’s say she is legit bi-polar. Does that absolve her of responsibility? 37-46 million people globally are diagnosed with bipolar. Be careful of the precedent you set with your excuses for her. What if she had killed someone’s else’s three children instead?
It may be that the people in authority around her were negligent and incompetent. Many such cases. See your own life. But everyone keeps making excuses for this chick who’s clearly a Steinbeck villain. She didn’t want her kids taken away. She wanted to kill them to punish her husband for being inattentive and possibly unfaithful. She didn’t understand the assignment of having kids, which is that you and a man come together and create the future, no matter how shitty you are as individuals — not you use your offspring as leverage to spite him because he wounded your ego.
For years people be like Anna you sound like you hate women, what are you jealous? No lol I’m scared of how loveless and insensate some of them can be given how we’re all taught they’re the fairer sex, and how their particular brand of evil is ironically low in ambition but high in destruction. It would be one thing if they genocided entire villages.
The “mixed” reaction to this unambiguous story makes me want to exit society and go live in a cabin with no electricity.
@papareschi@annakhachiyan Are you not watching the trial? She was not diagnosed with PPD and was hardly taking any of her medications aside from the Benzos.
@dis_courses@annakhachiyan She didn’t take all those drugs. If you have been following the trial most of what she actually took were Benzos and weed gummies. She was also never diagnosed with postpartum psychosis or even PPMD. Her initial diagnosis was generalized anxiety.
@DROMbooklover@LDBlondePod My thought is because didn’t present as super mentally incapacitated, because she isn’t. Her mother had also just been there visiting/helping the weekend prior. None of these people (husband, family, doctors) found her unfit to be around her children.
@we_get_there@lifesaparty36@83Turnerb@LDBlondePod Would the evidence be as compelling if she had walked onto a playground and shot three kids or into a mall and shot three women? What about if a man with a diagnosed mood disorder (as that was her formal diagnosis) strangled his wife and kids?
@lifesaparty36@83Turnerb@LDBlondePod She may have been depressed, anxious, sleep-deprived, unhappy, etc. I don’t care. I’m making the point that she was aware of what she was doing and the consequences. That’s the only thing that matters in any murder trial. Of course people who commit murder are some level of sick.
@Eviljohna@defuqisthis@LDBlondePod This isn’t about your husband, and your husband only took his own life. He didn’t strangle three children one by one in the family basement while sending you out to pick up takeout.
