Vegan-Veg Miso soup made using Hidaka kombu (kelp) from the cold northern waters of Hokkaido & dried shiitake mushrooms to create a deep, savoury dashi stock. Tofu Kara-age, enoki, watercress, Tororo and a blend of 3 different types of miso complete a soul-warming cup of joy!

Really enjoyed Nan Tei: delicate and well-prepared Yakitori dishes and lovely service. Particularly recommend the beef tongue, eel, prawn wrapped in chicken skin & lamb chops. If you like Japanese food you should go!
