She could have a Kotoko's Challenge Box – trying viral games or funny missions.

- Learning Korean/Japanese together with members.
- DIY & Crafts (decorating, making gifts, room decorations).
- Snack Reviews from Korea, Japan, and other countries.
"Can I Do It?" series where she tries new hobbies.

She naturally creates wholesome, entertaining content that fans of all ages can enjoy. I imagine it already 🤭🤣😅

Nana – Dance, Fashion & Performance

Nana has strong stage presence and performance skills.

She could do Dance challenges with other idols.
- Performance breakdowns ("How I learned this choreography").
- Fashion lookbooks and styling tips.
- Fitness and dance practice routines.
- Performance reaction videos with members.

She has the image of someone who can inspire aspiring dancers and performers.

Yoona – Comedy & Entertainment

Yoona often surprises people with her humor.

She could have a Hidden camera pranks on members.
- Variety games with unexpected twists.
- MC or host for UNIS game shows.
- Mystery challenge series.
"Yoona's Random Mission" where members complete funny tasks.

She's well suited to leading the entertainment side of the group's content.

As CEO of UNIS I'll add another idea, I'll create recurring weekly content so fans know exactly when to expect something.

For example:
Monday: Dance or vocal content
Wednesday: Variety episode
Friday: Behind-the-scenes vlog
Sunday: Live stream or fan interaction
Having a predictable schedule helps build viewing habits and keeps fans engaged year-round.

One thing I would emphasize even more
Since UNIS is a multinational group, I'd lean into that identity.

Examples:
- Members teaching each other their languages.
- Cooking dishes from each member's country.
- Cultural exchange episodes.
- Travel vlogs when overseas.
- International fan challenges.

This is something that naturally sets UNIS apart from many other groups.
