"In the first 24 hours of Starmer resigning, there were 1,485 mentions of him. Only 30 had any reference to Gaza." (And most of those made no mention of genocide.)

All trade partnerships and agreements with Israel should not exist.
Genocide must be prevented and punished.
Cut all ties with occupation and apartheid.
"I don't back away from the original decision. I think it gave 20 or so million people in Iraq hope of a better life and you just cannot walk away from that truth"
—Andy Burnham in 2010
By this time, a million Iraqis had been killed by the criminal British invasion he supported
"I'd be proud to follow Tony Blair's lead," he continued

Palestinian journalist Mujahid Bani Mufleh was tortured to such an immense degree while held in Israeli captivity that he suffered a severe brain hemorrhage after months of abuse.
I've done my best to translate what he said below
"Is it difficult coming back?"
Surgeon professor Nizam Mamode, who was working in Gaza a few weeks ago: "Yes"
"How do you feel when you return?"
"I feel quite angry that this country.. is letting this genocide go by and doing nothing about it"
🔴 Today is Day 992 since October 7, 2023. For 2 years, 8 months, and 19 days, Israel has blocked the International Committee of the Red Cross from visiting Palestinian detainees held in Israeli torture prisons.
Palestinian journalist Mujahid Bani Mufleh was detained by Israel without charge under its administrative detention policy in June 2025. He says he endured torture, starvation and prolonged medical neglect while imprisoned.
Two days after his release in January 2026, Bani Mufleh suffered a severe brain hemorrhage linked to an illness he contracted in Israeli prison, rights groups say. He was hospitalized in critical condition and underwent multiple surgeries that left part of his skull removed and, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society, still faces a long and complex recovery.
The group says his case reflects the systematic torture, abuse, and denial of medical care faced by Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons. The group calls it the “slow execution” of all prisoners.
Andy Burnham went on a trip to Israel in January 2004, paid for by Labour Friends of Israel (LFI) and Israeli Foreign Ministry
The chair of LFI at time was James Purnell, who has just been appointed Burnham's chief of staff
The lobby has the whole political system sewn up
