UPDATE ON ROBBERY ATTACK ON BEREKUM CHELSEA BUS AND OTHERS

Georgina Asor Botchwey was 22 years old.

She traveled from Yeji to Cape Coast for a nursing school interview.

After the interview she called her sister’s fiancé. A pastor and he said he would pick her up.

He picked her up. Put her in a car with a chief.

They drove her to Mankessim. Took her phone. Locked her in a room.

While she was locked up they went outside and dug a hole in an uncompleted building.

They came back. Hit her on the head with a club.

When she fell the pastor held her neck until she stopped breathing.

They took parts of her body for rituals.
Buried her in the hole at 2am.

Her family reported her missing the next day.

Her soldier brother searched everywhere.

10 days later police found her decomposed body under the floor of the chief’s uncompleted building.

The man who handed her to be killed was supposed to be family.

The man who ordered it was a chief and president of a traders association.

Georgina just wanted to be a nurse.

Chale this happened in 2022. Not 1982.
