@anniewestdotcom Annie, I’ve had a quick look at this, the value shown on the customs invoice provided by the sender is actually £27.90. Transport charges are then added to get the total value for customs purposes and this is the total value upon which the import VAT is calculated

@paulcolgan This is incorrect insofar as DHL Express services into & out of Ireland are not impacted. The services mentioned below are out of Germany into Ireland. The only change today is a temporary suspension of road based services to/from mainland Europe due to the Eurotunnel closure
