As a history teacher, one thing I've learned:
Most people think they would stand up to propaganda, authoritarianism, or injustice if they saw it, but history suggests otherwise. Speaking up matters!
The superpowers missed the memo: the EU is no longer the geopolitical dwarf they thought it was! 🇪🇺💪
It’s time for both Putin and Trump to get a reality check. Sweden's top diplomat Olof Skoog, currently serving within the EU's external action service, just dropped some truth bombs in an interview with Svenska Dagbladet. The outdated cliché that the European Union is merely an economic giant but a geopolitical dwarf is officially dead and buried.
Skoog points out that Vladimir Putin completely underestimated the sheer strength and unity of the EU's support for Ukraine. Meanwhile, Donald Trump clearly miscalculated how Europe would respond to his trade wars and his random comments about buying Greenland. Ironically, all this global bullying has only served to weld the European Union closer together than anyone expected.
Thanks to Russia's aggressive foreign policy, US protectionism, and endless chaos in the Middle East, the EU has suddenly become the most sought-after partner on the global stage. Countries are quite literally lining up to sign defense, security, and trade partnerships. Even Armenia, historically a staunch ally of Russia, is actively moving closer to the EU's orbit. Skoog notes that the EU's top priority remains backing Ukraine until sanctions thoroughly drain the Russian economy. According to the diplomat, the EU's biggest "enemy" right now is simply its own lack of confidence and its inability to realize its massive global potential. Stand tall, Brussels! 💅🇪🇺

ZELENSKYY: Ukraine has begun the process of bringing the war back to Russia.
Yesterday we struck oil refinery in Tyumen region, that’s already 2,070 km from our border.
We used brand-new drones with flight range of 2,500 km. They will soon be able to fly more than 3,000 km.
We will fly even further, beyond 3,000 km, because we know exactly where all Russian military plants, oil bases, gas storage facilities, and similar targets are located.
We need longer-range tools, and we are developing them right now. Of course, the number of our deep strikes into Russia will also increase every day.
💥 When Robert Brovdi “Magyar” warns Ukrainians in occupied Crimea to be prepared, you know something big is coming. With every month of this war, liberation moves closer. Ukrainian drones are already operating on both sides of the Kerch Bridge—Putin’s symbol of the illegal annexation of Crimea—and one day it will be closed by Ukrainians.
🇺🇦 Crimea is Ukraine. Justice matters. International law matters. And the occupation will end.
