Man City's biggest problem was the defence. They looked uncomfortable whenever Arsenal increased the tempo. There was too much space and not enough aggression in dealing with Arsenal's movement.
Maresca has work to do. This was his first competitive match in charge, so I'm not going to judge him too harshly. But the team looked like one still learning the manager's ideas.
