@tiagopita Acho que um melhor case study a Irlanda. Após a intervenção do FMI, é um dos países mais ricos, com uma espécie de flat tax em dois escalões, atrativo para empresas e totalmente dependente de imigração.
I’m already using cloud environments to keep my agents, but I still have the GitHub workflow. I guess I still do too much testing so I need a better version control on things. But I totally get the frustration of waiting for new deployments after pushing to GitHub. I’m mostly developing on Laravel so I use forge to help me with the automations. Wich is handy but not as raw as your workflow. The future is the way you’re doing I guess
Historically, the barrier to every business has been reduced. So or it becomes less value because everyone has access to it, or the power of influence, distribution and positioning (aka marketing) becomes the most powerful variable of success. In pair with the product or service itself and the creativity to build something unique to solve real problems or desires.
More stress.
More confusion.
More reactive decisions.
I think one of the biggest opportunities with AI and modern software is not replacing people.
It is reducing unnecessary operational friction so teams can focus on work that actually creates value.
The more I work with SMEs, the more I realise that many companies are operating with invisible operational debt.
Not financial debt.
Operational debt.
Small inefficiencies repeated every single day:
…
I had a conversation recently that stuck with me.
A business owner told me:
“We already have software for everything.”
CRM.
Marketing tools.
Scheduling.
Invoicing.
Analytics.
Internal communication.
But then he paused and said:
…
The information does not flow properly.
Teams operate differently.
Processes are inconsistent.
Data becomes fragmented.
Nobody has a clear operational overview.
Technology without structure creates digital clutter.
…
CRM.
Automations.
Analytics.
Content workflows.
Internal operations.
Customer journeys.
AI layers.
I genuinely think most SMEs are only at the very beginning of this transformation.
The website was never the actual problem.
It was just the visible symptom.
That shift completely changed how I think about technology.
We stopped seeing websites as isolated projects and started seeing businesses as operational systems.
