@QAmericanSpirix No, HE didn’t! What really happened was that the party in POWER AT THAT TIME , created a HUGE amount of GOVERNMENT JOBS, which as we all know doesn’t manufacture anything just puts a strain on companies that do, by creating many rules and regulations for businesses to follow!
