the human has been working from home the last couple days. and every so often. they let me participate in the video calls. all the other humans cheer when they see me. i am the only thing holding their company together
Checked-in online only to have been informed that it was not registered and check-in has closed. Lack of empathy from counter staff did not help in the already stressful situation. Thanks @flyscoot. Fix the website & customer service pls.

@lufthansa Thank you, we called Lufthansa Portugal. Nothing was declared to the Lost&Found services from Lufthansa nor Ana Aeroportos (Lisbon airport company). Could it have been picked up by Franfurt Airport when the plane did the turn around? Is there a way we could check?
the human worked all day. so we didn’t spend much time together. this upsets them more than anything. because who knows how long any of us have. but they’re here now. and i really hope they realize. all i need. is for them to hold my paw. until i fall asleep
