@lufthansa is impossible to communicate with. I have not yet made a booking but their complaint chat require a booking code. My complaint is that their website won't let me even make a booking

I have a booking with @british_airways to Stockholm with a stopover/flight change at LHR. They then cancelled the connection to ARN putting me on a later flight (which is fine). I now want to arrive in LHR a little later and they want to charge me for the change. NOT FAIR!!

It is impossible to discuss anything with @go_solr #gosolr. Can't make adjustments to my initial parameters. Escalation clause open ended "The Fixed Monthly Fee my increase at such other rate as may be notified in writing by the Seller" so that can go up by 100% next year?
