@JamesGunn I have to say, I really appreciate the fact that you didn’t give him up when he was in his worst of times…scared, lashing out, and not knowing if he could trust human beings. Thank you! I think how we treat life whether it be animals or human beings is a testament to character!
@realalmightee@DiscussingFilm Really?! I was disappointed… underwhelmed even …maybe because of the hype from the reviews. It wasn’t at all scary, but . I CAN say the acting was GOOD though.
For those of you who don’t understand my righteous anger; I’m on 2 TV series, ELSBETH and RAISING KANAN. I’m filming SUPERMAN. Two years ago, I finished the fourth season of JACK RYAN. Last year I finished a run on Broadway in DEATH OF A SALESMAN. Even with my proof of employment, bank statements and real estate holdings, a white apartment owner DENIED my application to rent the apartment…..in Harlem, of all places. Racism and bigots are real. There are those who will do anything to destroy life’s journey for Black folks. When you deny our personal experiences, you are as vile and despicable.
True story: So someone emailed my work email to ask me why all the students on Abbott Elementary are Black and I said because it's set in Philly and they asked where the white students were and I said Philly is 75% BIPOC and majority Black and the public schools are 86% POC and they said, "so why aren't the 14% of white students represented on the show?"
