पेपर लीक पूरे देश की समस्या है जिससे राजस्थान भी अछूता नहीं रहा। राजस्थान में 2013 से 2018 के बीच भाजपा सरकार के कार्यकाल में 12 पेपर लीक हुए, पर कभी कठोर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। सजा देने की बजाय भाजपा सरकार आंखें मूंदती रही, इसी से पेपर लीक माफिया निड़र होता चला गया।

कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान जब भी पेपर लीक की घटना सामने आई, हमने उसकी तह तक जाकर पक्का समाधान निकाला। राजस्थान में देश का सबसे कठोर कानून बनाया, जिसमें आजीवन कारावास, 10 करोड़ जुर्माने और संपत्ति जब्ती का प्रावधान था। लोक सेवा आयोग के सदस्य तक को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा। पेपर माफिया की अवैध संपत्ति पर बुलडोजर चलाकर नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया तब जाकर यह समस्या काबू में आई।

कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान जब प्रदेश का युवा इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए सड़क पर उतरा, तो हमने उसकी बात सुनी, समाधान निकाला पर भाजपा सरकारों की तरह लाठी और पैलेट गन नहीं चलाई।
