Teaching Shakespeare this summer at Berridge Connect is the fantastic Simon Purse! Simon is based in London, and he trains actors in cue script techniques around the world- including Stanford University, Singapore, Oxford, Loyola Marymount, Drama Studio, LAMDA- and Berridge!
New Faculty Spotlight on Cecily Nash! Cecily is an actor and singer from London and completing a training course at Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq. We are excited to have Cecily teaching this summer with Berridge Connect!
Faculty Spotlight on Gabriel Grilli! He has an MFA in Directing from Penn State and a BFA from Hofstra. His company, BrickaBrack, generates new, ensemble-generated movement theatre in venues from San Francisco to China. We're excited to see what he devices with students!
Faculty Spotlight on Jennifer Hopkins! She is our amazing Musical Theatre/Dance teacher. She has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Webster Conservatory and an MFA in Classical Acting. She's choreographed Cabaret, The Full Monty, Gypsy, Adams Family, Mary Poppins and more!
New Faculty Spotlight! Trevor Munson teaches our Screenwriting course. He has an MA in English literature and teaches at USC. Trevor has a busy writing career and has had many projects made into films and series! Most recently he was hired to adapt the novel Serpent's Bite.
Faculty Spotline on Duane Daniels! Duane is our amazing Acting Techniques teacher. He's had an impressive career not only on stage but also running theatre companies- and plays Principal Clemmons on Veronica Mars!
Faculty Spotlight! Dan Milne is our movement and directing teacher, based in London. Dan has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company and at The National Theatre. He trained a Drama Studio, with an MA from Cambridge, and has taught at some of the top drama schools in the UK.
