@aerogirl87kim@storyofpjm yes I was on my wifi when I got the message and when I tried to log back in while on the same wifi I got the same message. I had to turn off wifi and use my phone's data for it to work ๐
@ifvkooo@wataemelonsuga this happened to me Thursday morning and I tried everything Ticketmaster suggested to fix it and it still didn't let me back in until almost 24 hours later. ๐

@Bangtankam7 I know someone who got scammed out of the same $500 tickets for the same concert date 3+ times I don't understand how that's even possible ๐ซฉ
@ughyexl@Ticketmaster mine kept telling me my code was correct but there were no tickets left. Even though I was 6k in line and there were plenty left ๐ญ then it kicked me out and made me rejoin the queue with 21k in front of me lmao
@njjyjhjmtjk7 it's also important to remember that even if someone has proof it could have been stolen from someone else. I make sure to watermark my proof videos even when dming with someone to make sure they don't use them to scam someone else ๐
@nocontextnamjin TRUST ME I tried switching to data, trying another wifi network, 3 different devices, uninstalling the app, using 3 different browsers in incognito mode, clearing the cookies on my browsers, changing my password...there is no hope LOLL I'm just hoping it's fixed before general๐ญ
