I’m going to turkey in a few weeks and they always sell those bracelets there, that’s where I got my last one. I think that’ll be less suspicious. But I am gonna ask my sister to tie it for me :)

@prettyshse laxatives can make you hold more water, to process, well, the poop. It might take a bit longer for your body not to hold the water anymore
