I was thinking of creating a form or system that allows viewers (preferably moderators) to submit scorecards to the database immediately after a game. Also ability to report inconsistencies or inaccuracies, so any incorrect submissions can be reviewed and corrected.

Make it have a governance system so basically its run by the community.
