I've taken on way too many projects this year and need some help. Rather than look for a specific role, targeting someone capable and interested in a challenge.

This is what collegiate esports is about btw. this is why the current state of collegiate esports makes the people who actually built it sad.
you wanna know why theres no fucking support anywhere for collegiate? even tho collegiate is the largest faction in the industry and controls almost every brand?
because even the people who objectively love collegiate the most and built it up from the ground up from nothing dont believe in the bullshit fucking idiot crap being built right now. nothing being built right now was our motivation for building the foundations of collegiate.
the collegiate right now is literally just 0 viewership or 100% fake botted viewership sold by grifters noone touches so they sell to nonendemic brands. the competitive collegiate space is basically now known in the industry as a completely bullshit sponsorship property. it is so much of a grift even the grifters in the professional scene are like "okay chill out"
it was always about building a community for students and focusing on student leaders, each of them lifting new generations into the industry and mentoring each other.
now its about winning matches noone watches and having a huge ego about it, and tournaments that are so worthless and have such little value, publishers cant even justify buying a trophy for the national champion. Its about feeding the egos of directors who collectively have put less students in the industry than literally just me. and that pales in comparison to how many people tespa put in the industry.
and then we have the ppl who are more worried about everyone being professional on the sinking ship, who have neither the initiative or the competence to do anything. this ecosystem was built by the most unhinged community i have ever been a part of, and it'll be fixed by unhinged people who are passionate enough to be unhinged.
if your reaction to this is to be offended instead of stepping out of delulu land and facing reality so you can think about how to fix it, then fuck off you werent gonna do shit anyway. the kinds of people who get offended by criticism instead of looking in the mirror arent capable of changing anything anyway.
