@zxmbii_r1b AAAAH TY!!! I usually do either like 2-3 day long fasts or 1day fasts 2-3 times a week, I’m a junk aholic so I try to get yogurt and fruit instead bc I really like them! Also I lose and gain weight really quickly so I’m definitely not always this skinny(╥_╥)
