Well done Labour - by your own commissioned report you have just sentenced 4,000 old vulnerable people to death.
We are 4Trillion in debt, you send billions to Ukraine, billions on ‘Climate aid’ to foreign wealthy Countries, billions on dangerous vaccine & you still decide to rob the people that have contributed all their lives.
One can only conclude that you are Evil.
Recently acclaimed as the first person to run the entire length of Africa, many of you will know Russ Cook as @hardestgeezer , who’s recently raised over £1 million for charity.
But for Russ, much of his story is untold. Behind the social media hype lies a tremendous journey - from leaving home at 16 years old and battling a gambling addiction to a beacon of determination.
In today’s episode, Russ draws back the curtain on his story - from navigating survival, brushes with death, to opening up about his personal relationship with his parents, team and girlfriend.
There’s love, grit, regret, determination and a vulnerability we’ve never seen from Russ before. A truly eye-opening yet inspiring conversation that will have you itching to tie the laces on your running shoes.
This conversation was truly captivating; I left the studio feeling deeply connected to Russ in a way I never anticipated. It brought me back to the core reason I continue to do this : to share the untold, vulnerable stories from extraordinary guests.
If you’re feeling lost, have an itch for adventure or are yearning for more out of life - this episode is jam packed of inspiration for you.

Here we go. Crossed the border from Algeria to Tunisia last night marking the 16th and final country of the mission. Final push🫡
Given that Jurgen Klopp has officially announced he’s leaving Liverpool at the end of this season, it feels like a good time to revisit this.
A truly moving video that shows him at his empathetic best.
Incorrect. Every single penny of the fundraiser goes to charity. Mission is funded entirely separately mostly through the help of our sponsors, youtube, and everyone who supports on patreon. The business & funding behind the project is a hell of a story in itself.
