Я могу понять мб с точки зрения творчества, культ исключительности автора очень сильный (отчасти на этом кмк и социальное оправдание копирайта строится), и отсюда восприятие что все достоинства творчества следствие хороших качеств автора и наоборот.

Semantics probably, but criminals become criminals after they commit a crime, there is nothing inherent that leads them to such action and therefore it can be altered or prevented. How is the other question, that I don't have answers to, but there are many theoretical ideas afaik

I'm not an abolitionist but a big problem is that many people see prisons not as a tool for preventing "bad" action but as something that punishes "bad" people, both in theory and in practice and that is a bad approach, it doesn't help society, only entertains individual emotions
