@dervj my mothers bank statement. They’ve made the process as difficult as possible with the clear intention of keeping PCP payments running. If I hadn’t been able to assist my mother, I’ve no idea how she would have returned this vehicle.
@dervj Now requesting my mother resends my fathers death certificate to claim the service plan money of which they attempted to do this over the phone with a 79 year old. This is at least 2 months from when it was cancelled and would not have been spotted if I hadn’t reviewed
@dervj this is all after the process they put my mother through for proving her identity to get them to start the process. Toyota blame Vertu. I had to pay the solicitor who wrote my fathers will to prove my mothers identity.
@dervj I’m still in dispute with them that the haven’t paid the figure they agreed from what they said the settlement was versus car value. Still haven’t paid the money relating to cancellation of a service plan. This was requested in January. All on going.
@dervj just read your article on NS&I. I’d do some digging on PCP on cars after bereavement. My dealings have been with Vertu Toyota Doncaster. Just absolutely shocking. They continue to write to my mother in my father’s name saying money is owed even though car is returned.
@petermblackburn Hi Peter, do you honestly believe Forest have done this with the fans at heart? Just my opinion but feels a more wider fear of what next season might be. If we were mid table and safe, I really don’t think they’d have given it any consideration at all.
@McGurkCars@YouTube Surprised you got 4000 miles out of the DB12. Bet half that was in the garage sorting issues. Work to be done by AM. Stick with the DBS if you can live with the interior.
@danielstorey85@forestfocuspod Hi Dan, I was listening to you yesterday. I agree with you regarding evolution of the manager but if that’s what EM thought: why give Nuno a new deal in June?
