Family/community recruitment has being going on for a long time and I know how prevalent it is today as I have direct experience of working with Indian orgs

@ToonDazza Similar here. From a military family and a council house background. Left school with 2 GCEs. Joined the RAF at 16. Did 23 years service and left as a senior officer. Moved to the corp world and circa £225 - 275k a year and love seeing my taxes being spent so wisely…….
