Both warm and ice water hydrate you wellβtemperature is secondary.
Warm water can relax digestion, ease bowel movements, soothe sore throats/sinuses, and improve circulation for some.
Ice water feels refreshing, may slightly raise calorie burn (minimal effect), and athletes often prefer it during exercise.
No strong evidence one is superior overall. Drink what you enjoy to stay consistent.
And it has started.
Look at the sheer number of ships that are bound for California that are stuck in ports in China.
These are goods that would usually get to the U.S. within 14-21 days.
The shortages are inevitable at this point. At the minimum, this summer and fall are a total wash.
