@Aimableblessed1 @DavidHimbara The mass killings in Rwanda began in 1959. Then 1963, 67, 73. In between Tutsi's were dehumanized, expelled and persecuted. War was the last resort of RPF/A. Killings per se never. But if you wanna fight don't cry when you are beaten.

Those that do should be isolated for the time required just like juries in law cases. Of course they should be incentivized enough too. The pressure on parents to see their kids do well and that on bureaucrats to succumb to corrupt practices is too high.

@NESA_Rwanda this issue of exam leakage is as serious as that of counterfeit currency or national secrets. Exams stress everyone and given a chance many will seek a shortcut. Get some training from security sector specialists and ensure no one has full access to all the exams.

@TherealKwizera The people engaged in this discussion are mainly those directly aggrieved by the decision. Young adults. That also makes them quite adept at studying those other issues you mentioned. They know their govt is great at handling those issues for them and they use their vote.

@CanaryMugume They are not lawless. Kids require a wide berth when growing up to experience different sensations that you all have experienced and become accustomed to that you think you must think for them. Not right. Create your old people spaces and keep there.

@CanaryMugume Kids are not being left alone to be kids. Their spaces are being invaded. I recall the Miss Rwanda peagent being banned over the misdeeds of a few men. A whole industry. 1 person convicted. Then closing hours for bars. Then types of drinks. Then how/where to pray.....eeiiisshh!!

@JollyMutesi People of all ages can also wear swimming costumes, traditional for traditional functions and creative sexy for concerts and outdoor roast and wine parties where they meet each other for fun.

@JollyMutesi Thanks. What is clear is that young peoples spaces are being invaded. They are not being allowed to be young just because septuagenarians want to make choices for them. As if what you see on a concert night defines their daily lives. It's like going to a pool and taking pictures

@JollyMutesi I think we are being narrow minded. There are dress codes for varied events based also on time of day etc...young adults can wear uniform for intore training, tight fitting bikers for sports, sexy clothes for peer clubbing, long dresses for formal mixed age fetes.

@ntambaragarleon @CanaryMugume Kindly share the swimming dress code too before young people get in trouble. And while at it give parameters for the kinds of films people can watch. And please tell us the boundaries of dancing. And also the body distance between males and females.
