Despite Tory posturing at NCC and in Ldn, the funding was withdrawn 4 years ago.

I and a couple of my new team spent the afternoon today in HMP Northumberland on a routine visit. We met both staff and inmates, and got a sense of the challenges and opportunities that the prison has as a critical part of the criminal justice system in the North East.
