I wrote this about a school shooting almost a year ago.

America has learned nothing

Yet, more families are shattered, their children never entering their front doors, never singing "Happy Birthday," never running to open presents on Christmas.

@erinhahn_author The parents will scream about masks, but never say about word about 'active shooter drills.' These same parents will scream about sex ed, but not bullets flying in a schoolyard. The same parents will throw a hissy fit about a book, but not an AR-15.

Also, I am not a gun advocate, but all women should arm themselves. The rhetoric that is coming from the right parallels the Taliban's level of control over women. Women need to protect themselves and their families.

@rblainewriter I don't know if I need to be angry or incredibly sad that my country, our beautiful country, got conned last night by a felon rapist.
I fear for my sisters, my nieces, and my grandnieces.
I live in California, and having Gavin Newsome is a plus.
