@mattbramanti but urinals carry an implicit exposure, which is permissible to men but not for children. i think the women’s bathroom is better suited given the privacy supplied. that being said, if a dad chooses to go to the men’s room that’s also fine.
Fahrenheit 451 and 1984 are, intentionally, the exact reason why media showing the stark reality of power and control are so important, and why media shouldn't be censored. They prove their own point by existing. Art gives us words to speak truth to power and power knows it.
A key point in Fahrenheit 451 is that books were banned because they made people depressed and uncomfortable. The novel's protagonist, Montag, is taken into custody after he reads a poem that makes a woman cry because she realizes the emptiness of her life.
