@AmazingZoltan He’s right about Trudeau but why did he imply “ the last Liberal government” did the same?? Chrétien and Martin ran budget surpluses for 9 years in a row before handing it over to Harper. Those two Liberal leaders were the opposite of Trudeau’s massive deficit spending.

@Ryan_r_Williams Wrong. The inclusion rate is 66.7%, not the tax rate. The tax rate is your tax bracket (max 54%) x 0.667. That works out to a top capital gains tax rate of about 35% for the richest bracket Canadians.
