@GreggsOfficial Ordered working lunch via @UberEats - order never arrived and Uber say not eligible for refund. Just Eat worked fine. Just to warn other customers, Uber won't refund if delivery failed. Thats £17 of my hard earned cash effectively stolen from me.

@AmexUK you make a mistake and suspend my card. I call and you resolve. Overnight you suspend the card again. Call 24hr customer services (on back of card) and office is closed on Saturdays. Its dealing with a financial services company from the 1900s. I'm done.

VS0155 with < 24hrs notice so will be late for a conf, fail to transfer my paid seat pref, can't get through to an advisor after holding for 1h, and "message us" takes me to a booking lookup page.

@OpenAI cancelled my account yet you're still claiming subscription fees off my credit card three weeks after the cancellation. I cant even log in using the old account (no longer exists). So why are you helping your self to my money? Have revoked payment authorisation.
