Biggest issue I see from folks bitching about power and RPMs is going from a v bottom to flat bottom. That and people don't understand how prop pitch works.

First time making this in the cast iron so go easy. I know it looks messy lol. Garlic butter crusted medium NY strip steak w/shrimp. Got some dirty red mashed potatoes and white country gravy to go with it.

This is the only cast iron skillet I own unfortunately. My grandpa gave it to me when I got my own place my senior year of high school. I've done my best to take care of it for the past 27 years. I have no idea how old it is.
