@p0nk Great writeup! It might seem like requirements engineering at the 10k level. But, when you drop to the 1k level of what is involved in building a useful model, the analogy fails for me. Choosing a model, hyperparam tuning, data prep, etc is not req engineering. The reqs are set.

But, why do we need sync when we can have online discussion in text, in recorded videos, etc. Async is the way to go here, and relieves the pressure on people + tech.
