@TeamYouTube Thank you! I used to have premium (for several years now) and paid $12.99 per month. My payment info changed due to a fraudulent charge and it seems my subscription was cancelled. I updated payment info selected the monthly subscript for $12.99 and it says $15.99 under my scrip

@SecureBoxOffice it’s nice to know that your support service doesn’t actually read the emails that come to them about orders that weren’t received. You simply send the exact same script email- noting you won’t provide a refund for tickets I could not access.
