The EU 🇪🇺 has a legal 3% tax loophole for SaaS founders.
No need to go to Dubai.
No “Offshore company” either.
It's called the Cyprus IP Box Regime & it's an EU-approved tax incentive.
Most software entrepreneurs have never even heard about it.
But Cyprus has quietly attracted thousands of tech companies, including names like Semrush, Wargaming & GDEV/Nexters.
The last company is publicly traded on NASDAQ & even discloses in their SEC filings that they apply the Cyprus IP Box regime.
But your business can take advantage of the IP Box too.
If your company has or develops an Intellectual property (IP), then 80% of your qualifying profits can be tax-exempt in Cyprus.
Cyprus corporate tax is 15%, but under the IP Box you're only taxed on 20% of the profits.
So 20% × 15% = 3% effective corporate tax.
Example: Your SaaS business generates 1.000.000€ in qualifying profits:
> 1.000.000€ profit
> 800.000€ IP Box deduction
> 200.000€ taxable
> 30.000€ corporate tax
= 970.000€ left, after tax. Insane.
But it gets even more interesting.
If you personally move to Cyprus, we will apply for your Non-Dom Status where your dividends are fully tax-exempt as well.
So you can distribute the remaining 970.000€ as a dividend to yourself at a tax rate of 0%.
There is only one additional surcharge for the EU health card.
It’s 2.65%, capped at 180.000€.
Meaning, even if you receive more than 180.000€ in dividend, the maximum you’ll pay is 4.770€ per year.
Almost 5k€. On nearly 1M€. Horrible.
So from 1.000.000€ in profits, 30.000€ went to corporate tax & 4.770€ went to healthcare.
That’s less than 3.5% in total tax for you as an entrepreneur.
> While living in the EU
> With 320+ sunny days per year
> Growing entrepreneur community
> Cleanest sea waters in Europe
> Relaxed lifestyle
> Low crime
Cyprus 🇨🇾 might be one of the best places in Europe for SaaS founders, indie hackers, app developers & software entrepreneurs.
And I thought X is probably the best place to share this as many of our clients are on here as well.

"99% of people are using GrokBot with less than 1% of its real power
They run a single agent without loops or graphs"
"I'm running a fully autonomous team of 20+ GrokBot agents
One Chief of Staff, one PM, and 20+ workers
That's the new engineering stack"
GrokBot → Chief of Staff → PM → Workers → Autonomous Fleet
In a 1-hour session, a SpaceXAI engineer shows how to build a powerful AI agent team from scratch

I turned Grok Bot into a full BTC trading desk and it makes $418 a day
The result is already +$2,090 PnL in 5 days from just $200, with only $32 per average trade
All six AI agents work on the same 5 minute BTC “Up or Down” markets, repeating the same setup 17 times every hour
SPOTTER → PRIOR → EDGE → KELLY → TAKER → CLOSER
1. SPOTTER finds the entry
BTC moves higher, but Polymarket has not fully repriced yet:
BTC spot moves first / Up is still 41
SPOTTER detects the lag and passes the setup forward
2. PRIOR calculates fair probability
P(new) = P(old) + ΔBTC + ΔVol + ΔTime
If fair Up becomes 47¢ while the market is still 41¢, EDGE checks whether the 6¢ gap survives spread, fees and slippage
3. KELLY sizes the position
f* = (bp - q) / b
Stronger edge gets more size, weaker edge gets less
4. TAKER executes and builds the second side
For example:
Up = 41¢ / Down later = 52¢ / Combined = 93¢ -> Complete set = $1
The two entries can happen at completely different moments
5. CLOSER manages the remaining inventory
If the bot holds more Up than Down, the paired part is locked while the residual stays directional only while the model still sees an edge
Most profitable trades:
$47 → $168 (+$121)
$36 → $141 (+$105)
$29 → $126 (+$97)
In my experiment, Grok Bot is only one part of the setup. It works together with other AI tools, external data sources and automation layers inside my AI trading office
This guy built a trading bot on Polymarket and made +$295,910
His bot trades 5 and 15 minute crypto Up/Down markets using a late-resolution strategy, where most of the position size is deployed when the outcome is getting close to final:
1. It starts with a small directional position
At the beginning of each market, it records the reference price and tracks Chainlink TWAP along with external spot/perp feeds
During the early stage, it builds a small position. This acts like a probe while the model’s confidence is still relatively low
2. It increases the position as the outcome gets closer to certainty
The algorithm constantly recalculates probability. As resolution gets closer, it can estimate more accurately whether the result can still change
3. If the signal changes, it buys the opposite side
In 88.2% of markets, it trades only one outcome. In 11.8% of cases, it buys both Up and Down. The opposite side works as a hedge
His Polymarket nickname: BoneOhio

The main edge of this guy’s HFT algorithm appears during the final minutes of the market. It estimates how close the outcome is to being locked in and concentrates most of its position size where the model sees mispricing

Dyson trained an AI on 470,000 dental images and put it inside a toothbrush. With a camera. That flosses for you. In real time.
It's called the CameraJet for $499. Launched today.
A 100,000-pixel macro lens sits inside the brush head. It takes 28 images per second while you brush. The AI detects gaps between your teeth and within 100 milliseconds fires a precision jet of mouthrinse directly into the gap.
It's computer vision doing your flossing. While you brush. Automatically.
Only Dyson would look at a toothbrush and think it needs a camera, a machine learning model, and a jet engine.
this is f**king dangerous
A normal American student just bought an iPad and Mac Mini for $2,200. Connected them to his MacBook.
Three computers on one desk - dorm roommates thought he was mining crypto.
He just set up the automation and went to sleep.
In the morning the system had already processed hundreds of leads, written personalized emails to each one and filled the CRM without a single touch.
The team that did this before him- cost $7,000 a month
He paid $2,200 once.
There are 360 million companies in the world and 310 of them still pay people for what a machine does better.
And only 100,000 people on the planet know how to use AI and set this up.
Sam Altman (CEO of Open AI):
"You no longer need to write prompts."
In just 38 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGpt at a level that most people can't even imagine.
It's talk he gave to stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night.
After watching it, I realized I was only taking advantage of about 15% of what this tool can really do.
Watch it in full and then read the guide l leave below on how to create a system that prompts itself.
WHOEVER LEAKED THIS HAS ZERO FEAR
SOMEONE CONNECTED 350 GROK BOTS TO RUN A ONE-PERSON TRADING DESK.
I thought it was just another AI experiment until I saw the setup.
One bot scans the market.
Another hunts for setups.
Another analyzes news and sentiment.
Another tracks whales and on-chain activity.
Another manages risk and exposure.
Then a HEAD OF DESK Grok coordinates everything and sends the owner only the trades that actually need approval.
No team of analysts. No staring at charts all day.
Just 350 Grok bots passing information between each other 24/7.
The craziest part?
The owner said he barely touches the system anymore.

Elon Musk explains why you should never charge an electric car to 100%
The last 20% is not a small ask.
Elon: "getting from 80 to 100, it takes about as much time as getting from 0 to 80"
It runs backwards from how people fuel a car.
Elon: "it's a little counterintuitive, because for a gasoline car you would fill it up"
Inside the battery, ions are looking for somewhere to go.
Elon: "the lithium ions are trying to find a parking space"
Elon: "when the parking lot's empty, they can zip right in there and find a spot, it's easy"
Elon: "as the parking lot gets full, just like trying to find a parking space at a mall, you have to hunt around for a spot"
So on a road trip the rule flips.
Elon: "you actually want to charge to about 80%, and then run it down all the way to 10%, or less"
People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes, recovery starts with just one small step.
Michael Jackson was loved by the people. The world adored him.
A man who is genuinely admired and inspires millions is seen as a threat to those who want to rule the world with fear.
If you have a badge and a gun - but are not loved - you are very fearful of those who are loved.
Hope and inspiration is the antithesis to fear.
Love is the antithesis to fear.
In an attempt to dampen his power and stop the people from loving him, they accused him of sexual crimes and slandered his name all over the television and media.
Do you understand?
