@instagram @threads My wife's Instagram account has been hacked, and the only thing we haven't tried yet is the selfie video - because that's when Instagram crashes on both my phone and hers. Can you assist please? The way forward isn't very clear right now.

@madebygoogle Thanks for the reply! I don't think anything in there is going to help, as the screen isn't displaying any of the UI to be able to check. There is a very fine crack in the screen, but I feel like it's more the display/rendering rather than the touch that's the issue. Any ideas?
