@TalktoBPI I was able to call BPI again and it took 13 minutes but my OTP still wasn't resolved. Yes, signal was very strong, 4 bars. I have 4G coverage. It's your hotline that's got a problem.

@TalktoBPI I already called your hotline number 3x and was able to speak to two persons - Sam and Rosalie - but after the verifying my name the privacy consent recording replays and replays the initial conversation with the CSR and the recording again. Para akong sirang plaka! 😡

@TalktoBPI Have requested for an OTP more than 10x via mobile app and website via desktop but haven't received anything? It's an international number. It worked before.
