I’ve flown Lufthansa several times in the past with great service so am shocked by this experience! If I miss my friend’s wedding (why I am flying) it is not going to be a pretty sight
I’m not one to tweet much but I am shocked at the service by @lufthansa@Lufthansa_DE at FRA. Can’t check in for the second leg of my flight on the app or any machine, and have been waiting in lines for 2 hours to speak to an agent. What is going on?!
@Glowbal_Group B+B just called requesting “feedback about my recent dining experience.” I was too caught off guard to say it but I gave my number explicitly for contact tracing; I’m glad the call was innocuous but this felt inappropriate and insensitive. My heart rate’s still up!
