I remember the joys of trying to make weight for competitions. Tough few days. I'd get sick too. I would do anything to get some coaching from this woman. Amazing skills! Awesome fights to watch! I always say the ladies fights are better to learn from. Very different from the men

So happy today! I've been struggling to do bicep curls with more than 5kg dumbbells for weeks. My next weight available at home is 8kg. I could barely manage 1 at 8 a few weeks ago. Today I did a full set of 6!! Second set I managed 4!
Better set a new goal... 10kg coming soon!

Just out from a weights session @puregymwoking and So freaking happy 😁😁😁😁

These are the results of my body scan today. My last scan was on June 20th. I have gained loads of muscle and would you look at the drop in fat percentage! 6.2% down in a month.

This means I have met another one of my goals for 2021. When I did my first scan in May I was at 19.1%fat and my goal was to get to 15%. I did it!! In May, my muscle percentage was 76.6, now it is 82.5!

Everything is going just as I planned!
