Ahead of #InternationalWomensDay, we are inspired by colleagues like @beth_antichx, who works in inpatient mental health services @WeAreLSCFT.

She began her journey on a senior healthcare support worker apprenticeship and is now working towards a trainee nurse associate degree!

And just like that my 6 months on Dickens ward is over, thank you to all my amazing colleagues on this beautiful ward i’ll miss you all so very much and hopefully i’ll be back in the future 💕 onto the next 6 month chapter 🫶🏼

Feel so fortunate to be able to experience and work with so many different but lovely teams throughout our trust on my journey as a TNA, even for a short period of time, gaining so much expansive knowledge and skills from so many amazing nurses 🤍✨ @WeAreLSCFT @ApprenticeLSCFT
